The ClipGrid browser demo processes selected media locally in your browser. Files are not sent to ShoSoft. The hosting network may process ordinary request information needed to serve and protect the site.

Stripe processes checkout and payment credentials. ShoSoft receives the order identifiers, purchased product, payment status, and customer email needed to fulfill and support the order. ShoSoft does not receive or store full card numbers.

ShoSoft stores the purchase email, Stripe order identifiers, product entitlement, and private-link status. To detect public link sharing, it records country codes and keyed, pseudonymous client fingerprints. The fulfillment service does not store raw IP addresses in its order database.

Detailed download-activity buckets are removed after 30 days. Order and delivery records are retained as needed for purchase support, accounting, fraud response, and replacement links.

Stripe handles payment, Cloudflare hosts the private fulfillment service and installer storage, and Resend delivers transaction emails. Each provider processes the information required for its part of the service.

Information sent to ShoSoft support is used to answer the request and diagnose the reported problem. Please do not send payment-card details or unredacted private media.
